1. No Refund After Payment

All payments made on LearnAxom are final and non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.

By completing a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product/service details, price, duration, and applicable terms and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Digital Products & PDF Materials

Because digital materials may be made available immediately after payment, payments for PDF notes, bundles, premium materials, and other digital products are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

Downloaded, viewed, or accessed materials cannot be returned.

3. Monthly Subscription Plans

For monthly subscriptions, the payment for the current subscription period is non-refundable once the subscription has started or access has been provided.

If applicable, you may cancel your subscription to prevent the next billing cycle. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period.

4. Online Classes & Courses

Payments for online courses or Mathematics classes are non-refundable once enrolment, course access, or classes have commenced.

Before making payment, students/parents are encouraged to review the course details, duration, fees, syllabus, and included services carefully.

5. Duplicate or Technical Payment Issues

If you are charged twice for the same purchase due to a genuine payment-processing error, please contact us with the transaction details.

After verification, we may process the appropriate correction or refund where applicable.

Similarly, if a technical problem on our side prevents you from receiving a paid product or service, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse

Paid materials and subscription access are intended only for the purchaser/enrolled student.

Sharing, reselling, redistributing, uploading, copying, or commercially exploiting paid materials may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

7. Contact for Payment Issues

For payment-related problems, contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:

• Name

• Registered email/mobile number

• Product or subscription purchased

• Transaction/order ID

• Payment date

• Description of the issue

We will review genuine payment or technical issues and respond within a reasonable period.
